MKSM LOADERS HAVE PASSED SUCCESSFULLY THE 1-ST STAGE OF TŰV TEST

MKSM-800C skid steer loaders equipped with Cummins engine and MKSM-1000Н loaders with Hatz engine manufactured by "Kurganmashzavod" – one of the leading production plants of a machine –building holding "Tractor plants" concern” – have passed successfully precertification tests on conformity to European standards and directions carried out by TŰV Rheinland InterCert International organization.

TŰV Rheinland InterCert’s group of experts visited Kurgan city several times for technical inspection. A purpose of a visit of European specialists was detail examination of machine design documentation, machinery, conditions of its manufacturing and operating, equipment testing. The latest MKSM models will ensure security of an operator owing to ROPS system (Rollover protective structure) and FOPS (falling object protective structure), availability of which is mandatory requirement for receipt of an international Certificate of conformance.

As Mr. Janos Olah - expert of machinery noted, expressing at the same time joint opinion of TŰV Rheinland InterCert’s auditing group, Kurgan MKSM loaders were really of high quality, of optimal engineering data and at present they are leaders among analogs produced by other manufacturers in Russia and CIS. The representatives of TŰV paid special attention to ease of operation, high serviceability and usability of the loaders.

At present the 2-nd stage of test – certification audit- started up. Technical documentation is being studied in European headquarter of TŰV Rheinland InterCert in Budapest. The З -d stage includes mainly documentation work. After all scheduled tests MKSM loaders will have СЕ-marking that enables their delivery to the countries of the European Union.
