On October 14, within the bounds of the 9th Russian Roads XXI International Exhibition/Forum in Kazan, “State Transport Leasing Company” JSC (GTLK) concluded with “CHETRA-Industrial machinery” and Sollers an agreement about inclusion of products of these enterprises in the equipment list, intended for lease to governmental road-building companies.
According to Viktor Klochay, General Director of GTLK, the Program of leasing of road-building machinery on preferential terms operated by GTLK is sponsored by the Government of the Russian Federation - 10 billion budget rubles are allocated for this program. The State Transport Leasing Company is going to offer to the members of the program of Road-building enterprises re-equipment products of 30 Russian machinery plants on lease terms  for the periods from 3 to 6 years.

Within the bounds of this agreement, CHETRA products manufactured by the enterprises of M&IG N.V. and intended for delivery to road-building companies will be equipped with GLONASS navigation blocks and receivers for distance control of main operating data of machines. In addition to traditional functions of supervisory control of moving objects, the monitoring and control system offers special options: control of technical condition of the equipment in real time mode on basis of readings of transmitters mounted on main aggregates and units of machines. On-board navigation and communication equipment does not create electromagnetic interference for the main equipment of the transport vehicle, which is in conformance with requirements of the transport vehicle operator’s manual regarding additional equipment. The on-board navigation and communication equipment is operable when mounted in the operator’s cabinet, in the temperature range of –30° to +50° С. On the Russian Roads XXI International Exhibition, there was demonstrated CHETRA Т11 dozer equipped with navigation-communication terminal of satellite navigation systems GLONASS/GPS.

Igor Ponomarev, the Executive Director of “CHETRA-Industrial machinery”, noted that adoption of new effective financial instruments for sale plays an important role in financial crisis conditions when purchasing capacity of enterprises decreases. The agreement stipulates creation of joint commissions and working (expert) groups consisting of specialists of our company, associations of machine-building sector of the Russian Federation  and “GTLK” JSC  for consideration and preparation of technical & economic justification of offers for upgrading as well as creation of new models of road-building and municipal machinery, being of interest for road-building enterprises.
