UNDERCARRIAGE

Suspension: A three-point semi-rigid suspension with displaced oscillating axle of bogies provides higher traction characteristics, reduction of impact loads on undercarriage, improvement of working conditions. Track rollers, support rollers and idlers feature a life-time lubrication and self-adjusting "duo-cone" seal packages.

RIPPER EQUIPMENT

Depending on the ripper working conditions, one, two or three shanks may be mounted. Combined with hydraulically variable ripping angle it will provide high productivity.

GEARBOX

A planetary-type gearbox with oil operating, high capacity torque transmitting clutches 455 mm in diameter provides three forward gears and three reverse ones with gear shifting under load. Gear and travel direction change is performed by one lever. The gearbox, matching reducing gear and main drive are united into one power unit mounted into the rear axle case. A three-element one-stage torque converter with efficient diameter of 480 mm, maximum transformation ratio Ко = 2.64 is fastened to the pump drive reduction gear and connected with engine-mounted elastic clutch by means of spline coupling. The torque converter is connected with the gearbox through drive line.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Remote-cylinder hydraulic system includes:

• Three gear pumps: NSh250, NSh50, NSh10 of 390 L/min total capacity at 1,775 rpm engine speed
• Two spool control valves providing blade raise and tilt, ripper shank raise and digging angle change. Servocontrol hydraulic system remotely controls over spools (excluding blade raise)
• Tank with filters, hydraulic cylinders
• Maximum relief valve setting -20 MPa (200 kgf/cm²)

DOZER EQUIPMENT

Large capacity of the blade provides increased productivity, application of diagonal tie-rod for transferring blade side forces to frame left side rail providing maximum blade approaching to the tractor front part and maximum force on blade knife.
