Complex of machines for a main pipelines overhaul. This equipment is designed for pipes cleaning, heating and subsequent applying of anticorrosive coating to their surfaces in line conditions when operating both in trenches or on the edge of trenches at the ambient temperature of -30 to +40 °C. The range of machines manufactured covers pipelines 530 mm to 1,420 mm in diameter. This complex allows to carry out all the requirements of the technological process and assure required quality of insulation applied. Due to its specifications the complex is highly competitive with domestic and foreign analogs and it often excels them. The installation of any machine of the complex ensures pipeline structural integrity.

The insulating machine

is designed for primer and roll material application to the pipeline outer surface when performing construction or repair operations in trench conditions or on the edge of trenches in the ambient temperature range from -30°C to +40°C.
