Service network of CHETRA-Industrial machinery, which was set up on the base of company “Promtractor-Service”, consists of 24 enterprises (13 branches and 11 service centers) in Russia and 9 representatives in CIS countries.

The company gives to their clients competent consultation and necessary information about operation of machines. Also clients can invite specialists to the places of machines maintenance. All assortment of spare parts are suggested in the regional outlets. These outlets have hot link between themselves for delivery of spare parts from the nearest outlet.

The company provides every technique with guarantee, and customers can figure on getting in minimum term nomenclature of spare parts from the outlets. The technique is provided by specialists control before shipping with mandatory collaboration of company specialists within first 30 hours of technique operation from client.

The warranty consists of following parts:

  • accounting technique operation by region of maintenance and models of technique from clients;
  • treating reclamations on mismatching of products with setting off to client;
  • warranty repair;
  • setting up technical review of products;
  • informing manufacturer about mismatching in products and generating measures or solutions in removing reasons of faults.
