«TRADE IN» - is sales of Chetra Т20, Chetra Т25 and Chetra Т35 «Promtractor» JSC new tractors followed by acquisition as partial payment of used tractors of «Promtractor» JSC production or similar tractors of 20, 25 and 35 traction class of  Caterpillar, Komatsu companies production as well as ДЭТ-250 of «CHTZ-Uraltrak» LLC production.

«Trade in» program provides for sales of the machinery «tractor for tractor». Acquisition of new tractors according to «TRADE IN» program makes it possible for the customers to renew TractorMachinery Park with minimum costs and saves unreasonable repair costs and problems of the old tractors sales. Used tractors will be acquired after expert evaluation of their condition by the specialists of «CHETRA-IM» JSC at the agreed by the parties cost.

The following information concerning used tractors is necessary for bids consideration: tractor model, model year; serial No.; operating hours (actual); tractor complete set, its units and assemblies; general operating condition (in running condition, not in running condition – cause); places and conditions of operation; cost the user is going to sell used machinery; photos (desirable); short description of the technical condition. The procedure of the tractors sales according to «TRADE IN» program: After the information about used machinery acquisition from the customer the question of the transaction expediency is considered. «CHETRA-IM» JSC representative is sent to the organization for inspection of the used machinery and gathering of additional information. «CHETRA-IM» JSC commission studies the information about  the used machinery and results of the inspection including photo and video materials. Negotiations are held with the customer about used machinery cost and procedure of its shipment to «CHETRA-IM» JSC (or to the address specified by «CHETRA-IM» JSC ). Used machinery sales and purchasing of the new tractor contract is concluded.

The concluded contracts are realized:

• Used machinery is shipped by the customer to «CHETRA-IM» JSC address (or to the address specified by «CHETRA-IM» JSC );
• The customer effects additional payment of the amount of the new tractor cost to «CHETRA-IM» JSC settlement account;
• «CHETRA-IM» JSC ships the new tractor to the customer address

All the tractors sold according to «Trade in» program are covered by warranty and after-sales service is performed.
